Established in 2012 and led by broker/owner Hector Martinez, the company is based in Tulare County, one of the most productive agricultural counties in the United States, and nestled at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Serving the area’s diverse community, ERA Valley Pro Realty works with buyers and sellers living in the area as well as clients who purchase homes as rental properties.

A life-long resident of Visalia, Hector is also an active board member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional’s Fresno/Madera chapter. For many years, ERA Real Estate has partnered with NAHREP at a national level to champion homeownership and wealth building for the Hispanic community while also supporting local chapter leadership across the country.
