We are excited to announce that three more members of TeamERA have recently graduated from Ascend: The Executive Leadership ExperienceSM! This program is available exclusively to Realogy brand-affiliated brokerage owners who are in the process of grooming a successor to lead their company. This next generation of leaders will fast forward their agencies’ strategies into continued success in the future.
