We are so excited to welcome the newest members of TeamERA, Texas-based ERA StarCrest Realty! Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston, TX, the affiliation of the firm adds eight offices and nearly 50 agents to the ERA Real Estate network!
The firm, established in 2004, is led by Kevin and Anne Alaimo. Both owners have relevant experience in real estate, marketing and corporate learning.

Over the last decade, the brokerage has played a significant role in clearing distressed sales and positioning the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston markets for recovery. Since its founding, the company has handled nearly 9,000 distressed sales, and in 2015, it was responsible for $130 million in sales volume.
