It’s once again that time to take a step back and reflect on all there is to be thankful for this season. This week, we’re setting our focus on the individuals that are committed to adding value during every step of the home buying and selling process: our brokers and agents.
ERA Real Estate was founded on the premise of building a franchise system based on the principle of collaboration- the idea that by working together and helping one another, a stronger community of real estate professionals could be built. Our community includes approximately 35,000 brokers and sales associates, all working together to make an impact in their local markets. This network of real estate professionals is the impetus to our brand’s continual growth and successes, and thus deserves our utmost appreciation.
Our brokers and agents are invaluable to:
- Sellers: They are skilled in preparing a home for sale by facilitating pricing, physically preparing the home for sale and navigating negotiations. They’re also equipped with first-hand knowledge of how to best market a home.
- Buyers: They assist in making a home search as efficient as possible so that the potential buyer’s time is spent looking at homes that meet their specific needs and budget.
- Each other: They don’t work alone. Our brokers and agents are experienced in working alongside their peers as well as other real estate professionals including home inspectors, home appraisers, mortgage bankers, title companies and more. Due to this, they are able to knowledgably guide buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process.
