Andrea Murphy from ERA First Advantage Realty, Inc. in Evansville, Ind. was in the right place at the right time to help a couple realize their dream faster than they thought possible. She just happened to be outside to introduce herself when the couple drove by the house of their dreams, which was located in Murphy’s neighborhood.
ERA First Advantage Realty is this year’s ERA Real Estate Jim Jackson Memorial Award Winner for 1st IN SERVICE, recognized for their superior customer service. So, it’s not surprising that Murphy went above and beyond during the buying process – communicating with her clients at 11 p.m., showing them homes as late as 9 p.m. and handling most of the contractual and lending paperwork to accommodate the couple’s work schedules.
