Real estate agents are spending more and more time out in the field and less time at the office, which can make it tough to do certain tasks. Fortunately, there are plenty of smartphone apps these days that make it easy for agents to get most of their work done  no matter where they are.

These are five of the best apps for real estate agents:

  • HomeSnap: This free app lets you find out all kinds of information about a property, such as the nearest schools and property tax amounts, just by taking a picture of it. The app works on almost any property in the US. HomeSnap is currently available for iOS and will be available soon for Android.
  • 360 Panorama: With this app, which is available for 99 cents on iOS and free on Android, you can take panoramic pictures of rooms and share those with buyers. The images are available as interactive 360-degree views or flat images.
  • DocuSign Ink: This free app makes it easy for your buyers and sellers to provide their signature on important documents. The app, available for iOS and Android, is completely secure and lets you get the signatures needed electronically.
  • Evernote: This is one of the best apps for real estate agents because it eliminates the need for sticky notes and helps you stay organized. Evernote, which is free for both iOS and Android, lets you make to-do-lists and sync them up between all of your devices.
  • Real Estate! (iOS) and Glossary of Real Estate Terms (Android): These apps let you look up real estate terms for reference. The iOS app is $1.99, while the Android one is free.
