Barbara Walters, renowned journalist and interviewer, to address attendees assembled
“Together As A Team” in keynote speech

PARSIPPANY, N.J., (February 5, 2008) – The ERA® real estate brokerage network will gather for its annual International Business Conference on Feb. 25 – 28 at the Gaylord Palms® Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Attendees will converge with real estate professionals from around the world, attend leading-edge training courses and learn about the latest product and service offerings from ERA Real Estate. The conference will also commemorate ERA Real Estate’s 30-plus year participation in supporting the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

ERA Real Estate welcomes Barbara Walters, distinguished journalist, writer and media personality, to deliver the keynote address at the conference’s general session on Wed., Feb. 27. Walters is an American broadcasting icon who has spent more than three decades as a trusted host, anchor, commentator and interviewer. She appeared on NBC’s “The Today Show” for 15 years before moving to ABC where, among many prestigious assignments, she was the first woman to co-anchor the network evening news.

“We look forward to Barbara Walters inspiring the ERA network at this year’s conference,” said Brenda W. Casserly, president and chief executive officer, ERA Franchise Systems LLC. “Not only has she distinguished herself throughout her historic career as a fearless journalist, she has continued to be an innovator in her industry as a creator of fresh, contemporary and influential ideas.”

Addressing the general session on Tues. Feb. 26 will be Vince Poscente, best-selling author and former Olympic speed-skiing competitor. As the result of his incessant quest for speed while competing, Poscente became an unwitting “speed expert.” He will address attendees about why harnessing the power of speed is the ultimate solution for those seeking less stress, less busyness and more balance.

ERA Real Estate will also celebrate over 30 years of partnership with MDA in the battle against neuromuscular diseases. Since 1977, ERA Real Estate has raised awareness and contributed over $30 million to fund research and services. ERA Real Estate looks to this year’s International Business Conference to kick off the 2008 fund drive. To share in the event, Billy Gilman, MDA National Youth Chairman and award-winning singer and Abbey Umali, the 2008 MDA National Goodwill Ambassador, will be on hand to thank ERA Real Estate members for their continued support.

Throughout the three-day ERA event, attendees will have the ability to network with the industry’s most successful professionals and exchange best practices and strategies. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in over 50 comprehensive educational sessions hosted by industry experts, and engage with dozens of exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall to learn about the latest products and services.

ERA Real Estate’s 2008 International Business Conference will also mark the presentation of the annual production and service awards. ERA brokers and sales associates will be recognized with ceremonies hosted by Brenda W. Casserly, Richard A. Smith, president and chief executive officer of Realogy Corporation, and Alex E. Perriello, president and chief executive officer of the Realogy Franchise Group.
