  • Connect with them where they are! Each one of your clients will have a different preferred method of communication. Be sure to set expectations during your first meeting in terms of how often and via which platform potential home buyers and sellers prefer to be reached.
  • Be open and honest the whole way! Trust is one of the biggest factors that affects an agent/broker-client relationship. Make sure you’re upfront with potential customers throughout the whole process, sharing updates and advice in a straightforward and helpful manner.
