ERA Agents are on the Move:
Brittany Smith from ERA Grizzard Real Estate in Orlando, Florida, says, “We are reaching out to past clients and asking them to fill out a survey for us to get to know them better. We’re giving everyone who responds to the survey a chance to win a $25 Cheesecake Factory gift card. We’re sending out more frequent touches and pop-bys to keep our names in their minds.”
Becki Bolton from Stedman, North Carolina at ERA Strother Real Estate shared that she is continuing to work on her social media presence and sharing her community involvement. Part of her strategy includes working on an intro video to introduce herself to her social networks, and she might include that video in her email signature and on her website.
Seth Tilton from ERA Evergreen Real Estate in Hilton Head, South Carolina adopted the philosophy of reverse-psychology: by taking a beautifully planned vacation. He predicts a surge of business activity and a lack of relaxation.
Megan Napier, Associate Broker of Napier Realtors ERA in Richmond, Virginia is hosting a client appreciation happy hour at a local brewery. About 30 people have RSVP’ed to Megan’s event and she expects it to be a packed house.
Cody Hoyer from ERA Four Feathers Realty, LC in Sierra Vista, Arizona walked an area she doesn’t usually farm because she has clients looking in that area. Now that’s customer service! Cody mentioned that there is only one home on the market in the area. She met a homeowner who is in the process of remodeling, and will be looking to list his home after the work is done. Cody handed the homeowner her card!
Lynn Harris from ERA American Realty and ERA Suncoast Realty in Crystal River, Florida kept it short and sweet by exclaiming, “Networking and prospecting everywhere I go!”
