On June 1st, ERA Grizzard Real Estate, a leading Central Florida full-service brokerage and one of our brand’s top-performing companies, announced it would be combining operations with Total Realty Corp., a market leader in Volusia County, Fla., and we’re so excited to welcome our new TeamERA members!

This move increases ERA Grizzard Real Estate’s operations significantly, bringing total office count to 11 and total agent count to nearly 300. This expansion into the Volusia and Seminole Counties comes on the heels of last year’s entry into Orlando, when the firm opened a new office location there, and creates a contiguous six-county service area spanning Sumter, Marion, Lake, Orange, Seminole and Volusia counties that will fuel a robust internal referral pipeline.

Total Realty Corp. broker/owner Cynthia DeLuca, an award-winning, nationally recognized real estate educator, has joined the ERA Grizzard Real Estate leadership team as Director of Learning and will leverage her knowledge to help affiliated sales associates gain market share and increase productivity.

“ERA Real Estate has spent the last five years focused on growth, expanding into 12 new major markets and working with core ERA brokers to increase their service area through mergers and acquisitions while also enhancing talent attraction and professional development to increase productivity,” said Charlie Young, president and CEO of ERA Real Estate. “ERA Grizzard Real Estate serves as a prime example of our growth strategy in action, as the firm combines forces with a market leader to add value to buyers, sellers and the company’s independent sales associates.”

Congratulations to Cynthia DeLuca, Gus Grizzard and the rest of the new ERA Grizzard Real Estate team!
