Previously Parrish Realty, Inc., the Wendell, N.C.-based firm was established in 1970 and is led by broker/owner Renee Baker, a second generation broker with deep roots in the community. The newly named company, one of the oldest brokerages in the area, will look to capitalize on the strengthening new home market, particularly in the Triangle area.
