Jonathan Smoke, chief economist of realtor.com, shared his thoughts on the current status of the nation’s housing market in a recent article titled “The Housing State of the Union: We’re Back, Baby!” “Once the final data on 2015 are complete and tabulated,” he shares, “I’m pretty sure that we’ll see that it was a great year of growth and improvement—one that sets the stage for a return to normalcy in the months and years ahead.”
