We are proud to share the exciting news that Charlie Young, ERA president and CEO, has been named to the 2016 Swanepoel Power 200, a list of the real estate industry’s most influential leaders.
Ranked 27th, up 12 places from last year, Charlie was recognized for leading the brand’s renewal and revitalization and for fueling significant growth across the ERA system.
Swanepoel notes that Charlie has “revitalized this 45-year old brand into a new growing franchise again, overseeing 2,300 franchise offices with 35,000 sales associates in 34 other countries and territories around the globe.”
Charlie’s high ranking on this “who’s who list” reflects the many new programs, new technology and new approaches that have been introduced during his tenure as well as the brand’s growing awareness and perception.
He was also recently named to the Inman 101, a list of industry “doers whose ingenuity, outspokenness, strength, conviction, power and persistence are driving change.”
