It’s hard to believe IBC 2017 has come and gone, but we had such a wonderful time! One of our favorite elements of IBC is having the chance to recognize brokerages and individuals who go above and beyond. Over the past couple weeks we have told you about the winner & finalists of our Gene Francis Memorial Award and the inductees into our Hall of Fame. Next up: The Jim Jackson Memorial Award for 1st IN SERVICE™, which is named in honor of the late ERA co-founder and former president.
This award is presented annually to the companies and individuals that uphold Jackson’s legacy of superior customer service and sales productivity. The award is divided into four categories: Category One (companies with 500 or more transactions), Category Two (companies with 100-499 transactions), Sales Associate and Team.

Category One: ERA Grizzard Real Estate
ERA Grizzard Real Estate, led by broker Gus Grizzard, was also honored as a finalist for the brand’s top all-around company award, the Gene Francis Memorial Award, in recognition of the firm’s sustained growth over the past five years. This growth was accomplished through a series of strategic mergers and acquisitions that have transformed the firm from a strong local market leader to a major regional player in central Florida.
Category Two: ERA Team Real Estate
Tracey and Mark Tidwell live by the concept of turning obstacles into opportunities and have an impressive journey to back that notion up – including breaking into the industry in 2000 and successfully meeting an historically challenging market head on. Tracey and her team pride themselves on their unparalleled service to communities across central Arkansas. She also serves her professional colleagues, as president of the 2017 Faulkner County Board of Realtors, sharing her knowledge throughout the local real estate community.
Sales Associate: Penny Crick, ERA First Advantage
Penny Crick serves the southwest Indiana market as part of The Crick Team at ERA First Advantage. Her deep roots in the local community, previously working as a teacher, help her make clients – whether seasoned or new to the area – feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and holds a master’s degree from Indiana University.
