Ascend is available exclusively to Realogy brand-affiliated brokerage owners who are in the process of grooming a successor to lead their company into the future. The 46-week experience, whose mission statement is “Leading Self. Leading Others. Leading Organizations.®,” consists of four interactive classroom sessions interspersed with extended online learning. It culminates with individual case study presentations.
