Getting Started

Joel made sure ERA Advantage stood apart from other brokerages claiming to be “full-service” by creating a company that truly offered the full range of services necessary for consumers to complete the home buying or selling process. He recruited some of his support staff from outside the real estate industry in an effort to ensure he offers ERA Advantage customers the services of the best and most qualified professionals in each area.

Establishing Roles

Once the group of “very dedicated, very professional” support staffers was chosen, they wasted no time jumping in to help the sales team with everything from technology to marketing challenges. The team’s consistent work ethic and positive attitudes make everyone in the office feel welcome and empowered.

Maintaining Motivation

The support staff at ERA Advantage plays a huge role in helping brokers and agents stay motivated. They organize training, host office events and plan company-wide check-in meetings to keep the sales force happy and up-to-date with the latest and greatest real estate tools, tricks and technologies.
